As I was discussing in my previous conference with myself, when leading maybe you need to look around. See what is there or missing. Perhaps everything is just the way it is suppose to be inside your feeble mind. Breaking ones mind as if it was ones leg or arm is an easy thing to do when you have millions of excuses.
